On the home page there are instructions on the E53 bumper removal, I imagine they might be similar to the E70, sorry searched all over, but havent found any specific instructions. the E70 Trailer hitch instrucitons include info about removing bumper but nothing detailed enough, but could be your starting point.
Please let us know how it turns out, can you for now attach tips without cutting pipes and show us some pics?
