I strive to drive as efficiently and smoothly as possible most of the time. Hence, I'm rarely the fastest one off the line at a stoplight. No revs above 2500rpm unless traffic circumstance calls for it.

Of course, if I feel like hitting the backroads enthusaistically, transmission mode will also change

I can't tell much difference in the sport and non-sport on the trans.

Part of why I can't tell is I've been babying it due to the 1200 mile break in restriction.. as such, I've not "taught" the transmission to drive aggressively and take advantage of the rapid up/down shifts..

I only change to sport when I need to keep the revs up in a series of corners or when I'm racing soemone . Other than that, I don't feel any change of power either
