I will finally be picking up my new X5 tomorrow after its late delivery to my dealer. BMT delivered the car two days after it was due which meant that I had to go off on vacation without it. Now I will be picking it up more than a week after its arrival at dealer.....Grrrr..
My question: after reviewing E70 posts and info on X5 World, I'm wondering what changes have been made to the '07 X5 during the year to improve it? That is, during this model year have adjustments been made along the way at the factory to fix/improve various aspects of the X5's operation? My sense is that adjustments have been made in the computer programming of the transmission system. Is this correct? Have there been other adjustments to the vehicle's build or operation?
