great idea!! we should track these vehicles or at least have a sticky for the major problems reported... (build date, etc)

AMG's are sweet! Sorry about all the trouble with the X5, and I'm really glad that in the end...they made it right.

you're gonna love the engine in your new E63amg. I have a CLS 63 AMG which has the same engine and I fell in love with it at the dealer as well.

Sorry to hear about that, the ML63 is a beauty though! I hear that thing is VERYYYY quick too (just heard today from someone who drove one). I've had my share of problems with my 1st-3rd visit to Bob Smith service. Started from the service advisor telling me it's normal that the air conditioner turns on every time I start the car... even though I turn it off prior to coming to a stop and shutting off the car. Problem still not fixed.

Loads of computer and ECU malfunctions throughout the car. Parking break malfunction, transmission malfunction, ECU malfuntion (car cannot go freeway speed) and many other malfunctions. It would go away after restarting the car, but then the warning did not go away. The car was in service 4-5 times and I think if your car has been in service for the same problem you may claim a lemon law. Could be wrong but they could not fix the malfunctions when they did no go away.
