If you look at the pictures w/ the window opened 3/4 down, you will notice a black clip on the top. The rear shades cames w/ 8 clips; you will need 4 clips per shade. It is very easy to remove and put back on. If you need to you the pictures of the clips, let me know. I will try to take a close up one.
It helps the rear cabin a lot with both of those rear window shades on. It is more a less like limo tinted during night time.
