They're asking about painted bumpers as an option code (monochrome paint)...

On the ordering guide (at least for the 4.8i), item 321 states "Exterior parts in body color" as STANDARD. But the 4.8 vehicles that have been delivered to members here still have the black bumpers. Not sure what that line item refers to.

EDIT>>> I found the monochrome paint option (as STANDARD) on cars.com (trying to find more '08 invoice pricing and it's available there too - very descriptive option listings)... they describe monochrome paint as "Exterior paint treatment is a single, solid color."

Still not sure if that factors in the bumpers at all.
