It is factory privacy glass. I also like that greenish tint as well.
I dont intend to have tint film installed for maintenance reasons

Most of the time when the badges are placed slightly off, or even in a completely different location than stock it is because the car has been painted and the worker in the body shop did not know where to stick the new badges. So I wouldn't do it on my car, but not because it doesn't look good (your's does look good), but because I don't want it to look like the car has been re-painted and the badges stuck to the wrong place. I definitely wouldn't leave it like that if I were selling the car as it can give the impression to the potential buyer that the car has been in an accident and/or re-painted. It would certainly raise a red flag for me if I were the potential buyer.
