Rebadged X5 4.8

After recieving My X5 4.8 last week, I had debadged it to have a cleaner and personalized look. Then I decided to rebadge it in different way to have a personal preferance. Comments anyone?

I'm all for de-badging.

IMO re-badging a car other than what it originally has is a no no for me

Hey, it's your car man so you can do whatever makes you happy.

I love your new X though. Congrats!

Nice X5...don't like the re-badge though.
But hey, it's your car so do whatever makes you happy.
It just looks a bit strange to me but maybe that's because I'm not used to it.

i like it. should definitely keep it like that. Debadging I don't see the point; they are not that prominent anyway from the getgo.

Thanks for the comments so far.
Another reson for the re-badge is to have a better focal point with the options of the X5 (4.8> tail pipe, 20s and engine)

I just debadged mine. In your manual the blueprint for the X5 has no other badges but the roundels. Matter of fact, the steel is depressed in the hood to fit the roundel. The trunk is probably manufactured in a similar way to fit the roundel. The X5 and engine size badges are just slapped on. So if you have them, it's only natural to remove the blemishes on your vehicle.
Kidding... whatever you do with the badges it doesn't change the soul of your vehicle, it's still great!
