I don't intend to take mine in until the computer tells me to. Currently it says I have about another 15000 miles to go. However the UK is a relatively kind environment - we don't have the volume of sand or heat that you do!

The manual will have service intervals in it as well as the computer on dash displays.

Oh, and why are all the pics of your ride fuzzy?

Hi KaiFY, also from the UAE, bought my X5 from AGMC (June 06 production), mine said intially oil change at 12,000KMs, brake pads, inspection etc... at 50K. Guess that depends on quality of oil they put in the car???? Don't have the answer but certainly, as someone else mentioned, it has sensors that measure, qualntity and quality of oil.....

Sorry meant June 07 production.....

KaiFY, I think your pictures are overexposed.

Even in cell phones, there is a menu to change exposure settings.

Make exposure setting lower or set it to sunny condition...

Or, why don't you buy a cheap point and click camera?

Even $200 ones will give you stunning pictures thesedays.

It just depends on your point of view! My view was from the navigator's seat so that's me you can see through the side window of the EVO.

Awesome.

I was a big fan of rallying (unfortunately only as a spectator).

My dream cars many moons ago were the HF integrale and the Sierra Cosworth.
