Hmm, well go to a dealership then and look. BMW usually uses different types of OEM tire, not just one type. They've used Contis, Bridgestones, Dunlops, etc..

Both the Bridgestone and Dunlop are OEM BMW. The Bridgestone doesn't have that particular Run-Flat tire on their website (they show a non Runflat version of it). Most probably I will be getting the 20" 214's from a local wheel/tire shop (recommended by BMW dealer) with the Bridgestones. I went and saw them in person and they had a much better price on the Bridgestones than the Dunlops.

Here's a picture from BMW's ETK that has the model names of both the Bridgestone and the Dunlop:

That's true.....but unfortunately the only tires available in those sizes (275/40-20 and 315/35-20) in Runflat are the Bridgestone Dueler HP Sport and Dunlop SP SPORTMAXX DSST. Now if someone doesn't have third row seats and has a spare tire then they can get other (non Runflat) tires, but with the third row seats and no spare I would stick with the runflats.....which means going with either the Dunlops or Bridgstones.
