Lost Trains?!?!

I just heard from my CA that there are several trains with X5's that should have arrived as early as Nov. 15 (mine should've arrived on Nov. 27) and they have no idea where they are. These are trains that should've arrived at the Oxnard Port...

Anyone else heard anything?

Ask your dealer to call BMWNA.

Yeah, and all it says is that it's in transit. I'm telling you, according to my CA it's not just one, even a train that was supposed to arrive at the port on 11/15 is MIA.

My dealer has even called the port and all they're telling them is that the train is stuck out somewhere.

Have you heard anything more from your dealer about this? My X5 has been "En Route" to California since about Nov 12. I called the 800 number, and while they expressed surprise that it was still en route (they confirmed it had not yet reached Oxnard), they had no idea as to why. My dealer didn't seem to have any more info either.

My CA told me last Thursday that the port advised him that they had some trains back logged. Therefore, X5's that should have arrived on the 15th and on, are just getting delivered starting today.

With that said, my X5 should be getting delivered sometime at the end of this week or early next.

Hopefully, yours will come in sooner since it's been en route sine the 12th.
