Not everything that doesn't work EXACTLY as you would like is the end of the world.

But that's just my opinion.

who said anything about the end of the world? i'm quite relaxed... just enjoy using this forum to work out issues with the car. believe me, in real life, i'm much more focused on what's "important".... but this forum's purpose is to discuss and learn.... which is simply what i'm doing.

and for the record... rear wiper does not indicate any intermittent mode in the manual nor does it work on my vehicle. if someone can confirm it works on their 07 or 08 x5, that would be great. thanks.

I hear you, I always get a kick out of your posts because there's always a lot of emotion in what you post.

Did you ever end up getting a set of winter tires / wheels?

emotion hopefully equals passion. i'll leave it at that.

yes, ordered the winter tires (blizzaks) and wheels .... mostly waiting for the dealer to receive style 210, they said they are backordered. got a good deal.

happy new year.
