Great movie!!

That house is pretty close to me! No Ferrari in it, though.

You cannot have the odometer stop or change it. If you do you will see a dot on the MID, which shows that odo has been tampered with. And yes, its stored in multiple locations incuding your key.

Yes you can. It could be disconnected or illegally changed. But i think you know the person who's asking can't be thinking about the consequences of his actions. Hence my question to him......... WHY? So now where is he with an answer????

OK, just got finished talking to my mechanic. Here is what he said will work:

1. Press the start/stop button, but don't start the motor.

2. Push the gas pedal all the way down (past the indentation) while simultaneously holding down the diamond button on the steering wheel and the 3rd homelink button on your mirror.

3. Hold for 15 seconds. Your car should now be in extended tow mode.

4. Pull on the trunk emergency release handle (your're gonna have to climb back there) which is located along the middle bottom edge of the trunk. Exit that way.

5. Lock the doors.

6. Unlock (don't use remote, use the metal key!) and start the engine using the spare plastic key thing that came with the car. Or you can use the spare remote provided nothing is stored on it.

7. Start the engine, and you will notice that neither the trip computer nor the odometer will work. The I-Drive may or may not work, depending on your software edition.

8. To resume "normal" operation, get a life and stop asking stupid questions that really don't have any point and encourage stupid behavior.

thanks.

Yeah, but you run the risk of burning out the flux capacitor!

I meant legally, which is why I said that when you change it it shows a dot.
