I thought about it today and I went into idrive and although the oil service light said OK, when I went further into the menu I go a CAUTION - oil at minimum, add 1 quart. Why don't I get a warning every time I start the X?

The no dipstick is really not that bad. Who wants to look at dirty oil anyway. If you just want to look cool wiping your stick, I guess you'll suffer with the new technology
