I took a look at the housing for the lights and some instructions from max5(thanks btw!) last night and the angel eyes seem fairly easy to change. They are enclosed in a housing with a round cover on it that you just twist to access.
The Xenon lights have a cover on it as well with a tab that you press down and pull out. It's a real tight fit with the plastic guards right on top. The passenger side seems like it'll be even tighter since there's a black box right behind the xenon covers.
The fog lights seem fairly easy to get to once you pull off the covers right below the fog lights.
All this is in theory as I have not actually done it yet. lol
If anybody in socal that has done this on an e70 and wants to help me out, let me know.
