Dealer called today and its here! Thats 2 weeks from order date to delivery. Picking her up tomorrow. I'll post pics as soon as I can.

Can I ask what you guys paid for the cars?
If I work out our exchange rate based on USA/Rand (SA currency) I will be paying roughly $83750...

My initial price was $81,000, which I haggled down to roughly $78,000 (Canadian dollars). A lot of the options you listed come standard here, so I'd say our prices are actually very comparable.

Edit: CA said he'd call me back with an update... 24 hours later... still no update!

Looks like BMW might be seeing some decline in SAV demand as well as the other car companies. Two weeks from order to delivery sound like the factory isn't very busy.

Just got word - she's on the train and arriving next week! That'll mean a total wait of about six weeks.
