I'll definitely take it for a test drive. The local agent for BMW will be responsible for inspecting it once they install a battery since the car has been parked for quite a while the battery died.

It'll come with a three year warranty and i have an option of buying a five year service agreement for an extra charge of course which i'm pretty sure i'll be doing.

Hopefully it didn't have an effect ... lets keep our fingers crossed

If it has no miles and never been registered shouldn't it come with 4yrs/50K as when/if you buy it will be the in service date?

If not, and you decide to buy it I would hit them up for the extended warranty/CPO for no charge.

Could Bahrain have different warranty program than in the U.S.?

Sorry to spoil the party.

I would not buy it (unless it was manufactured late 2007). If it was made early 2007, it is a "no" for me.

You are making a BIG investment and you don't want to regret it later.

It was manufactured in early 2007. Why wouldn't you buy it? I know it is a big investment but the way i see it if i'm covered with the warranty and the service package then i should be okay.

Please let me know why you think it is not a good idea. Thanks for the counter argument this is what i need to hear

The 0 miles is really interesting. I thought just moving the car on and off transport and into the dealership would incur some mileage.

I thought a lot of people had minor problems with the early 07's since it was the first model year of the 2nd Gen X5. These are typical problems with a lot of first year cars regardless of brand.

I vote no, just on the fact that it doesn't have auto-tailgate. I really enjoy pushing a button and having it close rather than having to pull it down. My main reason for passing on a heavily discounted 07 and opting for an 08.
