i have the factory 20" with ROF tires and i feel safe and secure driving around in it, even with a lot of rain.

Summer tires are the safest bet in summer conditions (wet+hot)

All seasons are convenient but if you can live with taking one half a day out of a year to swap tires summer and winter, you will be on safe tires all of the time instead of being compromised with all seasons no matter what time of year.
