thnaks pare.yes..i know owners have "free"maint..and i'll go in the 12th month reguardless.but as an owner not leasee,leaving oil in till 16k isn't the way i am going.there 'must' be some 'DYI's' on this forum that have
worked on their 2008 X5's.that's all.just need the 'correct qty's'..drop'd my old oil(very dirty)put six in ,says full but i was under the impression it took maybe 7 or 8 qts..
