Opinion about everyday performance

Hi all,

I have a 3.0 SD remapped by Hartge.. its around 330hp.... Everything is working perfectly so far for 1 year and the car feels quite faster from before it was remapped.. the problem is that sometimes I feel that the car flys( literaly i feel like i am driving an M3 while the torque is amazing) and sometimes its not that fast... I know that there are factors like hot/cold weather, or altitude, humidity that might effect the turbos. Is everyone happy with their everyday performance... are there days that you feel your car very fast and others that not so fast like i do ?? ... or is it my imagination???

p.s. My previous car was a 3.0 petrol e53 x5 and there wasn't such a great difference in everyday performance.... maybe its the diesel twin turbo engine.... or maybe the remap...
