fleas is on a distinguished road
Ugh! Iphone/Ipod - is this right?

So, I have a 2009 x5 and it didn't come with ipod adapter/usb whatever..

here is where I am confused.. I dropped the car off today and paid 500 bucks for them to put the ipod adapter in and too my surprise it was the one that goes in teh glove box UGLY chord!!!

I thought they were installing the USB interface in the console.. am I out of my mind here, is that even possible after market? I hate this chord in the glove box..

second issue is it shows an error that it won't charge my device and asks me to go airport mode and turn the phone off!

someone please enlighten me here.

thanks in advance.
