Here're the pics. I was meaning to document the process of taking the standard side skirts off and putting the running boards on. Unfortunately, I was left with watching our 3-year old and a month old at the same time while performing the job with no helpers. I can describe the process and help anyone interested if need arises. Actually, my neighbor, who's got an identical X5 might want them put in now after he saw what a face lift the car gets.
