I agree about the M button but (assuming that you can fit the wheel in the first place) the rev lights should work. The rev lights are actually a function of the wheel itself and not the car, as you can actually programme the wheel to have the rev lights correspond to whatever shifting point you like. So the wheel will use the cars revs as a reference point, but the lights itself are independantly programmable so you can set it for economy or optimum shift points or whatever your fancy.

The performance wheel is currently listed as available for 1 series and 3 series.
