Anyone has instructions/pdf for removing the bumpers?

Hi

I need instructions to take out the front and rear bumper, get them painted and install again.

If anyone has done this before, please share the instructions....

Thanks,
Shashank

I have a jet blk too! Personally I don't like everything painted all black, unless of course you have the M sport pkg. I thought about it, but will probably end up going with the aero kit. Anyhow be sure to post pics of how yours turns out...

So YOU are removing the bumpers and the body shop is doing the painting?? Why not save yourself the trouble and let them do everything? Can't be that much more Anyhow here you go. Hope this helps...

Awesome! Thanks a lot for the files!
Well, even I don't like everything black, I am just getting the plastic pieces painted (with aero kit), nothing else...I'll post the pics in few days.
After reading the files, I guess its pretty easy to remove the bumpers and I'll let the body shop handle that portion...I don't want to smear my hands

Okay now I'm confused! Are you getting your bumpers painted, the aero kit painted or both?? Because if you're just painting & installing the aero kit, you shouldn't have to remove your bumpers!
