I'd think of getting it embroidered before putting a decal on it. That's just my take, but anyhow, here's a quick Photochop of it on beige (or the best beige that I could make). I hope that you get the idea.

I happened to come across this type of thing on the CTS-V. Cadillac | 2009 CTS-V Luxury Sports Sedan - Interior Photo Gallery (3rd pic on bottom)... that's tastefully done, especially because it's a special V vehicle, and it's punched into the seat itself. I don't think a big X5 emblem screened into the seat really does anything here. That's almost the same size and font as the "X5" on my license plate frame actually.

I ordered the Recaro and they have a "V" racing decal that is more in the center portion of the seat as opposed to the headrest! Hum... with 556 HP / 551 lb/ft ... who needs an "M"!!!! LOL!
