Underneath close to the drain plug. You'll see a cut out on the plate below the engine area once you remove that plastic cover. It'll be a black cap with a screw on the bottom of it.

No special tools other than a good socket set. Most of them are standard sizes. Just need to first remove the cover underneath and then a small bolt on the filter - which will allow the filter to drain. After which, unscrew the filter and replace cartridge and seals on it (couple o-rings). Then, using I think it was a HEX head, remove the drain plug and allow it to drain. I think there will be close to 8 quarts or so being drained so have two replacement jugs + extra when re-filling.
