I think they are testing it out on the production site OR realized they had a package issue.

Cause now I'm seeing the 2009 models are back online, no 2010 anymore.

The 2010 byo pages are still there but they removed the links. If you went there today you can find the link in your browser history.

nope, '09. And the bmwusa site as a whole is acting weird in Opera recently... like css isn't working.

I do not recall the automatic headlights as an option for the MY2009. Did they delete it as standard to make up for the HD radio for MY2010??

Automatic headlamps are standard. The High-beam Assistant is a new option.
