m2. Bp has ultimate diesel now which is rated at 51 cetane but should be around 55 or more most times apparently. It also has anti rusting and cleaning agents too so it will keep ur engine at optimal condition.

Dont know about caltex diesel. Never filled up b4.

Funny that. Besides being 'low sulfur' I always thought Diesel was diesel. Now to see the Petrol Monopolies stratify diesel like they do gasoline rings true...

ULSD is an EPA mandate. Necessary for the Diesel Particulate Filter to function, and deliver near zero PM emissions.........not a Petroleum monopoly........It did require the refineries to add a lot of cost and technology to their process in order to make it..........and the end result is 50 state approval for diesels........not sure about the NO BIO fuel cap.......it must be an Aussie thing........perhaps your biodisel doesn't have the same standards as US ?

Caltex in Australia has two diesel fuels. One is extra low sulphur diesel (10ppm sulphur) and the other is 2 percent bio-diesel blended with the ELSD. The regular (non-bio blend) is the more common. By law the fuel mix should be advertised on the bowser but some small country outlets don't bother with the fine details...
