I personally feel that 325 is wayy overkill for the X5. It's just for looks. I can't believe there's any performance gain. In fact, The large/heavy tire and wheel setup probably make you slower.

azwcat, you're correct. This 4.8 is just a pig. Just imagine how much faster my wife would be able to get my kids to school if she didnt have those ridiculous looking 21 inch wheels holding her back.

At 5000 lbs, the X5 is a pig. You were the one talking about handling and being "performance oriented".
