Really? You mean you would turn a paying customer away (money in exchange for work done, that IS the reason you are in business, right?) because of their attitude or opinion? Good customer service means treating the people with the money with respect, and doing a good job of acting to make them think you care.
I will agree that there are some customers you would rather not have to deal with, but they also help pay the bills.
