I'll agree. The danger for me is that if I did own my own business, and people were lined up at the door, I probably wouldn't hesitate to be a butthole and tell 'attitude' customers that I didn't need or want their business. One bad spell and I would learn my lesson, hoping it wasn't to late to improve my acting skills.
It is a two way street. I love double 1/4 pounders with cheese. I went to the McD's on my way home and one of the employees had the nerve to pick up my to go order and hold it while she started a personal conversation. I gave her the evil eye the whole time, and swore I would not go back to that location. BUT THE FOOD IS ALWAYS HOT AND SO GOOD!
