Hello All - New member here.

CA called yesterday that my X5 3.0 landed @ the Stealership.

:zoom:
Went straight to the stealership after work to check her out and took a couple of pics.

Official Delivery will happen sometime this weekend, hopefully

What did the dealership do to deserve the stealership title?

at some dealerships not all. they tend to mark up prices for vehicles. I dunno if that's the case any more with this economy. but it was and that name stuck. I still refer to it as that as a joke. I used to work at a local BMW dealership as sales. And I'll have to say it was a stealership but they won top honors... center of excellence for 7 or 8 time out of 9 years.

Beautiful, i am partial to AW :p: All dealers I know are stealers. It wouldn't surprise me though since Canadians are so friendly, are dealers in Van of the non evil variety?

Well, I suppose if the dealership put an additional profit on it over MSRP, and then held a gun to a purchaser's head, they could be charged with unfair markups. Purchaser always has a choice to just not deal with them however. Profit isn't a dirty word, it is the reason the dealership is in business.

Coming from the service side of the business, if a customer referred to my place of employ as a stealership, I would suggest he find a new location to get his service work done at.

I like AW as well, had it on a 3 series, and now on an X3.

Not sure if we are all friendly, but if the dealer is evil, it is time to find another dealer. I have bought five BMW cars from my local dealership, and have referred many others which resulted in sales. I wouldn't be going back if I thought they were stealing.
