Well, I suppose if the dealership put an additional profit on it over MSRP, and then held a gun to a purchaser's head, they could be charged with unfair markups. Purchaser always has a choice to just not deal with them however. Profit isn't a dirty word, it is the reason the dealership is in business.
Coming from the service side of the business, if a customer referred to my place of employ as a stealership, I would suggest he find a new location to get his service work done at.
