You said it.

Seriously I wonder how many Individual Maritime Mahogany E53's stayed in the US? I'm also curious how many total X5's went to the UK, because BMW is willing to produce this car, a 4.8is Individual Maritime Mahogany Edition with every option, including a comfort windshield, auxiliary heating, tv, comfort seat headrest DVD setup, in a right hand drive version for the UK, but not for the US at all. Think about it. They have to source all the parts in South Carolina, that includes an opposite dashboard, all interior trim, wood paneling, electronics, even the paint. Now isn't that some true bullshit.

it really sucks it didn't come with the facelift but you too can enjoy the white angel eyes for $20 like quite a few of us have for a while now...

$20 isn't going to cut it for the real look of LEDs that can be seen during the day. And neither will the $200 LUX since they just got recalled. Screwed ALL around now...

I agree...too bad LUX was recalled. But still, the $20 GP Thunders is still 100x better than stock.

while it's not LED, this isn't bright enough during the day? I'd say it's a good solution to "screwed".

No, it's not. I would not spend my money on GP Thunders.

^ 8500k are slightly "brighter" as it gets more and more blue... I put 7500k in the fogs to try and keep it from looking too blue... but the bulb itself is blue-coated which doesn't help. You can see blue in the fogs but not if used in the angel eyes... 8500k.

Lower the rating, the more white the color is. I would only even go with 7500k as a last resort. Would much prefer something in the 5k range with the ever popular 6500k range being a settle.
