1200 KG is what 2700 pounds? you do know an E70 weighs at least twice that much right?

i would suggest a floor jack rated at 5000 pounds (2500 KG) at least not sure i would jack up the truck from the rear diff as it might be aluminium.

and yes some E70s have jacks. look under the cargo floor.
