Route view/list??

2010 X5 Diesel. Cannot find a way to show a list of streets/roads for a route. Any thoughts? is it buried in some split screen content somewhere?

Do split screen. Then enter a destination and start navigation to that destination. Then go to split screen content and you can select to show route information (I forget the exact words). It will then show you the next road to turn on (not a list of all roads). There are also some other navigation options there also.

If you have the HUD then the next street information there.

Any list of all streets/highways?

I see the next street no problem. The manual claims there is a "route" list, but I canny find it on the system.

after you have selected the destination pull the iDrive knob to the left twice (or hit the nav button above the knob) and the last menu option will give you a list of all the turns from start to destination. As you scroll through each turn you will see the map on the right side of the screen. You can also push the iDrive knob to the right to select the screen and then rotate the knob to swithc the zoom level.

From the list of directions you can also select other routes (not sure how it picks the alternate routes)
