anymore issues with 50i?
is this an ongoing issue with the newer models? is there anything else I need to be aware of or check before committing? Is anyone experiencing this now? or any other issues? if so, please state your year and mileage and status...  love the 50i but will settle for the 35i if it will bring me less drama.. note: i never had a problem with my 08 3.0. thanks and Happy Holidays!

Never heard of any 50i oil leaks either. Love mine. Go for it.

First time I hear about it. 16K miles here and no leaks. There is a recall to replace an auxiliary water pump, which helps cool the turbocharger under certain conditions. I just got the letter from BMW but had already taken care of it while the X was recently in for service.

30k. No leaks or problems. Just scheduled maintenance and a set of tires...
