I actually just use one of these Ball Mount 3/4" Rise or 2" Drop, 6,000 lbs Draw-Tite Ball Mounts 2923

It is a 2" drop or 3/4" rise, I run it in the 3/4" rise position, hitch is at 11-11.5" form the ground, so the 3/4" rise makes it right around 12"
