Update...
I went to the Dealership here in Knoxville (Grayson BMW), and not only did the service manager instantly approve the new running boards, but he is also replacing the steering wheel peeling issue as well.

I have nothing but good things to say about these guys.

I can say the same for this forum. I was looking at replacing them myself and you guys just help save me nearly 1K. Thanks again guys.
