BMW X5 Power is on a distinguished road
It is absolutely positively one of the best vehicles on the road as of today. I love mine, it's great for long trips and has PLENTY of power along with a beautiful sonnet that comes out of the exhaust. I would recommend one to everyone I know.

I think the new updates to the x5 are huge compared to my 07 4.8 Much nicer car in not only drive-ability. The extra 50 HP really makes it more responsive and the 8 speed tranny is much better than the previous 6 speed. If you romped on it, you would find your self out of the power band and making a lot of noise before the actually get up and go. The new 5.0 just goes. You will need an extra set of tires for the winter if you encounter any snow or cold weather. Those tires on the 20" are scary in the snow. Besides winters i have had winter sets for the last 4 bmw's and the cost is about equal because those expensive summer tires don't wear out as fast.

Just picked up a 50i today and holy crap this thing is fast batman! 8 speed zf is arguably the best improvement over my 07 but this thing gets up and goes in a manner the 4.8 just....didn't. But I will still miss the rumble of my 4.8
