New Dunlop Sport Maxx from dealer on sale

I didn't really want to go with this tire but dealer has a sale going and I'm leaving on a trip shortly and really need new tires. I can get 4 tires 20"(315/35 rear, 275/40 front) for $1370.00 plus tax. That's mounted and balanced out the door price. Seems very reasonable to me compared to other places I've looked. The car is not driven in snow or ice conditions and is basically a grocery getter. The car has 30K miles and still has the original rear Sport Maxx tires with about 2/32" tread left. Fronts were gone at 20K and I stuck a couple of used ones on until the rears needed replacing so I could do them all at once. Anybody have any thoughts on this deal?
