mines going back in on the 8th December i'd be curious to know if they fix the centre console rattle..hoping that it would be a similar fix for mine..that seems to be the one that drives me insane too.
Thanks. Will advise on the outcome and any info that would be helpful in getting yours fixed.

Got the X5 back on Saturday Nov 20th with most of the rattles fixed.

Center Console Rattle Now Fixed - However, the car now pulls to the right. Is this possible based on the following notes?? Could it have something to do with the Calibrate Steering Angle Sensor?

25376 Road test vehicle, checked for the noise, found there is a noise around center console. Remove center console panels. Remove center console. Road test vehicle, found that noise is still present. Inspect the seats. Road test vehicle again, found noise is still present. Inspect shifter, road test vehicle noise is still present while I was driving put my hand on Tagel Switches, Found the wiper Switch is making noise. Performed a short test on ISTA. Interrogate fault, there is no faults detected. Performed test #B6160_PL4WMOT. Need to replace IS DIAGCODE#D6160_00000000_10_002. Ordered part it will be here Friday. Disconnect battery. Remove Air Bag. Remove Steering Wheel. Remove and replace SZL, it is one piece with Wiper Switch. Install Everything back. Complete encode/program vehicle including CAS. Initialized Windows and Sunroof. Performed a short test on ISTA. Calibrate Steering Angle Sensor. DIAGCODE#D3450_OOOBOSCH_99_460. Clear all faults. Road test vehicle. It is operating normal at this time.

Rear Hatch Noise is fixed - Here are the notes portion on what was done to fix:

Remove both left and Right C-Pillar and D-Pillar. Found that noise is coming from Right rear amplifier bracket. Remove AM. Tighten all bracket bolts. Install AM. Road test vehicle there is no noise detected at this time.

Front Passenger Seat - Not sure if it fixed.

Leather Care Set.

Said leather was rubbing and causing the noise.

Need to drive some more to see if this is fixed.

We drove into DC yesterday evening and their uneven roads confirmed a rattling coming from the moonroof.

Pop's X5 just gets better and better doesn't it?
