X5dieselfan is on a distinguished road
The car has been in for over a week - first to address some battery issues which led to a water-damaged "watersealed" computer box under the hood, which might have been causing some gremlins, and then the high oil level (oil is fine but the error code is there) and "transmission failure" messages coming up on the nav screen. They don't seem to know what it is, but they have had the car for over a week. Thank god for free loaner cars, but given this car's three year service history, I wonder what kind of deal they would make me for a 2013...I love the diesel but it has had a lot of electrical issues.
