Odd that the X5M red brown wood is a different option code than the BMW Individual Wood option.

The red brown wood is option 4MU
The Individual wood is XE3

It is quite nice I must admit. Many positive comments on it.

If you are used to feeling chassis dynamics, you are actually feel what the drive does when it kicks in... very well behaved and subtle, but very effective...

Kudos for your efforts on the order too.

Thanks!

I've gotten good at ordering Individual.

It's my fourth Individual ordered car since 99.

The Side-view Cameras are what the fifth button at the right end of the stack operates. I have them, but have a hard time getting any distance perspective about what they are seeing. They just give you a head's up when peeking around a corner. Nice goo-gah though.

Mine just came with the side view (side mirrors) and front side mounted cameras. Is this not just part of the Premium Pkg? My dealer told me almost every new X5 they have has front, side and side mirror cameras!

x5's with premium get the 2 mirror and rear cameras that are part of top view...the cameras in front sides (side view) are an option....i have premium and the former, didnt pay for side view so dont have the latter.

hello, just curious; do you pay a "premium" in addition to the above fees? i.e. are you paying more "above invoice" than you might otherwise have paid?
