Now, they would not tell me how long it takes to 'produce' the car, but my hope is that I'll have it here in early Feb.

Here's what I am getting:

X35d
Sapphire Black Exterior
Cinnamon Brown Interior
Dark Bamboo wood trim

Adaptive Drive
Comfort Access system
Comfort seats with lumbar support
Heated rear seats
High Beam Assistant
Sport Activity Package
Cold Weather Package
Premium Package
Premium Sound Package
Technology Package

I am psyched and eagerly awaiting it...

So far, three things have bummed me out:

- Apparently the X5 is not good on snow on the all-season tires... booh
- No White Angel Eyes - Totally lame move by BMWNA
- No 8 speed on the Diesel - Again, totally lame, cost-cutting move. Looks like we're getting the last of the 6'es since they were on overstock... I'd bet the '12 comes with 8 gears...we'll see.

Cheers!

JB
I am so bummed to hear this (but good for you) because I put my order in on the 23rd and while I did receive a production number it still shows "On Order" and I called, albiet not lately, the 800 number and no production date.
How did the dealer bump you up to a closer production date? I emailed them this week and they said it is a BMW thing that they really have no control over. This bums me because the dealer told me I ws in the computer system for a week 8 (of new year) production.
