Production starts in October. Packages are changing to include more options as standard, increasing the MSRP, but overall should lower the fully optioned price by a few grand. Also, brushed aluminum trim will be an option! I (military in Germany) was able to, "pre-order," a 2012 35d, locking in an early production slot. (Authorized by BMW AG, not BMWNA) I will get a VIN at the end of SEPT when they are alloted out.)
