I tried my assist username and password and it won't take it. I know that the uname is correct because it's the one that I use to send to the nav.

I'm almost certain that I would have my pw right, because I spell it when I give it to assist reps.

I tried going to a connecteddrive login page on a browser and did a 'forgot password', but it didn't send me anything.

Any ideas?

Press the SOS button, confirm or change the password, also make sure they have the right email. It took me a LOT of effort to get this right...

I have a 2011 35D that I bought in October. Now, my angel eyes look just like the ones on these pictures - super bright and white, and they are seen from far far away even in daylight.

Mine are not those yellow dim ones. Now, when I was taking delivery of my vehicle, I expected it to have the yellow dim angel eyes, since mine was '11.

Since my purchase, I have seen multiple 2011 X5's on the road (judging by restyled tail lights), but all of them had the dim yellow angel lights. Even an X5M in the next lane a week ago.

A couple days ago, I saw a 35i Vermillion Red, and it looked like a 2012, it had angel lights that looked just like on my X5.

Is my vehicle a 2012 or something?
It's registered as 2011, and even the VIN shows 2011 (letter B, 8th character from right).

Is it a mistake they made at the factory or something by putting Euro-spec headlights in my X5? If I recall correctly, European vehicles had the bright angel lights long before US (corona or something).

P.S. Love watching those angel eyes when behind another vehicle at traffic lights. Also, noticed that people yield to me more often than on my previous car. Those headlights do have quite a presence.

I am pretty sure you still have a 2011. If my memory serves me right, the petro models moved to 2012 while the diesel models stayed 2011 yet they received the "2012" model LED angel eyes. Besides the headlights, I din't think you could even tell the difference between a 2011 and a 2012
