What were they trying to steal. Lifetime Fitness in the Twin Cities is having the same problem. They said people sit in the lots and know that people will be in the club for at least an hour. Thieves are targeting laptops and iPhones that people leave in their cars.

Lifetime is telling people not to leave stuff in their cars. They have also increased police monitoring (one of their clubs with issues is very near the police department!)

I had a similar thing happen years ago to a different car when I lived in NY and had the window replaced in brooklyn. They never did get all the glass inside the door and it would drive me nuts everytime i hit a bump

Im bring it in to the dealer and they assured me they would get all the glass out.

I really didnt have anything visable in the car. But they figured people leave their wallets, bags, watches, phones, etc. in the cars while they work out.

Could you beleive my dealer wants $300 for the rear window pull up shade

Are you talking about EP? We work out in Savage and haven't seen/heard of problems. But then again it wouldn't suprise me. I mean, these clubs are expensive, which means people with disposeable income, which means more toys. Probably feels like easy pickings for the thief, but you would think these clubs would patrol it better.
