UNBELIEVABLE! Not the car, the DEALER EXPERIENCE!!!!!!
I had a scheduled 2 hour appointment today to pick up my 35d. I was looking forward to it all weekend. I get there, the CA shows me the truck- IT LOOKS GREAT. We go back to his desk to do the paperwork, etc. He confirms for me the last lease numbers that we negotiated (and were in writing) and I said 'That is correct'. He continues typing and then walks away and says 'There is a problem - I need to go work it out'. I have him paged 50 minutes later and he comes back with the 'Used Car Sales' manager (not sure why!!) and they tell me that there was an error with the money factor and the payment would be $80 per month higher. THey said they'd discount the car an additional $500 but that the payment would still be higher. I said no. They said sorry. I asked for a ride home, they obliged. CAN YOU BELIEVE THIS????????? I am so disgusted, my blood is boiling. See my next post- under UNBELEIVABLY BAD DEALER EXPERIENCE
