OK, they are installed and look great!

The only parts needed are the calipers & pads, rotors, wear sensor and backing plates... the 4.8i hubs worked fine.
I have 12mm spacers on the front, but you do not need any for the 214s to clear the Calipers.

FYI, the Aluminum ///M Calipers are about 1/2 the weight of the steel OEs they replaced.
The 2 piece Aluminum and steel rotors (395mm vs 345mm) are only about 2/3 the weight of the steel OEs that they replaced.

I din't do anything to the rears.

Braking is immediate and very linear, love it!

Very nice! Must do this...

BTW, how did you tint your roundels? I used a 'smoked' 3M vinyl/film, but I'm not too happy with some of the edges.

I used the Duplicolor Shadow Kit on the Roundels, wheel caps, and all emblems to get a black chrome color.

Sorry to bump this up. Do the brakes have sensors on both left and right pads? I'm picking up a set but from the pictures it looks like its just on 1 side?

Also are the brake hoses different? Just want to confirm if I am going to end up having to purchase new set of pads due to 1 side having an absent wear sensor and if I need to factor in hoses due to be different on that on my stock 365mm setup.

Thanks!

No, there is only a sensor on one side. I forget which one though.
Yes, the hoses are the same.
