jimmy, thanks for the prompt reponse

Can you clarify on the followng:
1. where do you start to pry off the whole panel? Assuming number 3 in the 1st picture is what you're refering to, can you tell me where the clips are?

2. Looking at the inner tails, I cannot seem find where the nuts go the in lights. Can you tell me where it is on the 2nd pic?

1) I just started from the bottom and worked my way up.

2) A tensioner is used to hold teh light in. Look at the top right in your picture and you well see a small nut. It will be a little more clear when you remove teh panel and get access to teh old lights.
